At our university, taking "Guidelines for Responding to Misconduct in Research (Decided by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology on August 26, 2014)"and "Guidelines for the Management and Audit of Public Research Funds at Research Institutions (Implementation Standards) (decided by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology on February 15, 2007, revised on February1,2021)" into consideration, we will respond and announce as follows.

Perform the following duties (1) Instructions from the Chief Research Integrity Officer and the Chief Ethics Education Officer, matters related to communication and thorough dissemination of requests, etc. (2) In conducting research and using research funds, ensure compliance with laws and related regulations. (3)Matters related to improving researcher ethics. |

Assist the Chief Executive Officer, and has substantial responsibility and authority to supervise the entire institution regarding the operation and management of research funds. |
Compliance Promotion Manager |

Has substantial responsibility and authority for the operation and management of research funds, and performs the following duties under the direction of the general manager: (1) Implement measures to prevent fraudulent use of research funds, and the status of implementation shall be confirmed and reported to the general manager. (2) Conduct compliance education and manage and supervise Attendance status. (3) Conduct awareness-raising activities on a regular basis. (4) Monitor whether research funds are effectively managed and used and provide guidance for improvement, as necessary. |
Course Chief Faculty Member | Inform the affiliated researchers of the instructions, communications, requests, etc. from the general manager and the compliance promotion manager, and comply with relevant laws and regulations in the operation and management of research funds. |
