Certificate Issuance

Our university introduced the "Certificate Issuance Service" on September 17, 2025.
With the implementation of this service, applications for certificates at the office counter and by postal mail have been discontinued.
The "Certificate Issuance Service" allows you to obtain the required certificates through the following methods after submitting an online application and completing payment by credit card, convenience store cash payment (within Japan), Carrier billing (within Japan), or other available options.

Receiving Methods
Convenience store printing

You can print it at a convenience store's copy machine after submitting your application.
The document must be printed within seven days from the date of application.
A printing fee of 60 yen per page will be charged.
On-campus printing

After applying, you will receive a passcode by email, which you can use to print the certificate at the issuance machine located in the student lounge near the Student Affairs Division.


The student lounge open during the following hours:
Weekdays: 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Days before holidays: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM


Closed on:
Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, university holidays, examination periods, university events, and other days when campus access is restricted.

Mail delivery

*Please choose this option if you need the document to be officially sealed in an envelope, or if you wish to collect your certificate at the office counter at Student Affairs Division.

The certificate will be delivered by mail to your address. Please note that issuance requires several days. A separate postal fee will be charged (free of charge if you choose to pick it up at the office counter).
Refunds for shipping fees cannot be provided under any circumstances if payment has been made for a certificate that is not issuable or has been requested incorrectly. Should you have any concerns, please contact the section in charge prior to applying online.
